The Instructors
Our seminars on advanced research techniques are taught by Carol White or Joe Curry. Both instructors have extensive experience with these techniques in consumer, business-to-business, industrial, and high-tech markets.
Carol White, Director of Consulting Services for Sawtooth Technologies, has almost twenty years of experience in the application of conjoint and choice tools to business problems. She teaches seminars on these techniques, drawing on her wide array of experiences in their application. She has conducted hundreds of projects for Fortune 200 and equivalent-sized companies, in industries as varied as financial services, industrial and consumer products, and higher education. Carol's approach to market research is to focus on the business question and to ensure that the selected technique, data collection, and analysis will lead to efficient decisions and actions. She earned her B.A. in Economics at the University of Michigan and her M.B.A. in Marketing at the University of Chicago.
