CATIHelp's New SPACEMAP Module Lets You Visualize What's Happening in Your CATI Facility Think about the possibilities of visual feedback regarding your facility management: What jobs are at what stations? Where is interviewer 253? Which stations are still on practice mode? Which booths are still available for workers just arriving? Where are all of the "low producers" sitting? CATIHelp's new SPACEMAP module... (insert image- spacemap1.gif) ...lets you display your CATI facility graphically at the touch of a computer key, and then tie directly to the Ci3 CATI information display in the form of a color-coded facility "map." You can even select your own color schemes. (insert image- spacemap2.gif) CATIHelp is a fully integrated system of over 250 programs developed by I/H/R Research Group (Las Vegas) and is currently available only for Ci3 CATI users.
