Extended Support Hours Now Available for Ci3 CATI for Windows Users
In response to users' requests, we will offer extended telephone support hours to our Ci3 CATI for Windows users beginning June 1, 1998. Extended support will be available from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM Central Time on weekdays, and from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekends. These extended support hours will be in addition to our regular support hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
We are offering this extended level of support to better serve our North, Central and South American users and to provide easier access to our support services for users in Australia and Asia. We will charge for extended support on a per-call basis, while continuing to provide free support during our regular business hours.
