CATI User Survey
Ci3 CATI Users Provide Feedback and Guidance
We received 123 responses from Ci3 CATI users to a recent customer satisfactions disk-by-mail survey. The responses help us evaluate our products and services and guide our future plans.
Satisfaction with Ci3 CATI and our technical support has increased since our last survey. Providing "good support" ranked first among actions respondents want us to continue. We also found that users of Ci3 CATI for Windows have a higher level of satisfaction with their CATI systems than their DOS counterparts. And, users of I/H/R's CATIHelp expressed high satisfaction with that product.
In our continual efforts to improve products and services, we asked our users to provide direction on a variety of topics. They suggested improvements to specific features and they indicated their preferences for enhancements such as advanced refusal handling and Internet interviewing. These user preferences are instrumental in our product planning and they help guide our aggressive development schedule.
Our users expressed appreciation for our efforts to keep them informed and for our interest in their input. Suggestions for communication improvements include enhanced user areas on our web site, more use of e-mail, and an expanded online user group.
We are grateful to those who participated in the survey. We encourage all users to share their suggestions for product and service ehnancements.
