- Report definite appointments and callbacks separately
- Run interviewer productivity reports for all interviewers at once or by selected interviewers
Ci3 CATI for Windows also provides the new interviewer productivity report users requested. The new report (see figure below) lets you keep track of interviewer hours and how productively they are spent.
You can generate this report for all - or selected - interviewers for a given study, and you can specify the range of dates and times included in the report (see figure below). This report is helpful in preparing payroll or computing interviewer bonuses. You can also use it prescriptively; for example, you could check whether interviewing for a study is more productive during the evenings than it is during the day. The new interviewer productivity report includes the following information, by interviewer, for the range of dates and times you specify:
- Log-on and log-off hours
- Percent of total hours logged on
- Number of dialings and dialings per log-on hour
- Number of completed interviews and completed interviews per log-on hour
- Dialings per complete
- Average interview length
The report also summarizes these measures across interviewers so you can compare the productivity of individual interviewers to the average.
Ci3 CATI for Windows lets you generate reports at any time, from any computer connected to the network that runs Windows 95 or Windows NT. The redesigned sample manager ensures that reports are kept current. And, with study information consolidated into fewer files, reports are always consistent.
If you need additional reporting capabilities, Ci3 CATI for Windows makes all study information available in Paradox databases. You can use Paradox other report generation tools such as Excel or Lotus 1-2-3 to produce custom reports.
