Ci3 Update Ci3 CATI Now Links to ACA, CBC, and Other Interviewing Modules Ci3 CATI for Windows uses the Ci3 System for Windows for questionnaire construction and interviewing. One of Ci3's most powerful features is its ability to link to one or more applications during an interview. Ci3 CATI for Windows makes this feature available to you so you can incorporate an ACA, CBC or other questionnaire module as part of your Ci3 CATI interview. You can also use this "link-to" feature to perform calculations or other tasks and then use the results in your Ci3 CATI interview or store them with the respondent data. Ci3 for Windows uses an expanded version of the popular Ci3 for DOS instruction language. This means minimal start-up time for current Ci3 CATI users since existing questionnaires will require little or no modification. In addition to linking to ACA, CBC and other applications, Ci3 for Windows lets you: Cut and paste between questionnaires Vary fonts and type sizes to highlight question text or distinguish between question sections Play sound segments as part of an interview Create multi-lingual interviews Move data between sample records and the interview using field names rather than column numbers Export data and variables directly into SPSS for Windows and WinCross Ci3 CATI for Windows comes with the 500-variable version of Ci3; you can upgrade to the unlimited version, which lets you create questionnaires limited in size only by your computer's memory, for an additional fee.
