TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Entrepreneurial Software Development Company in Northbrook Illinois has an opening for a First Level Technical Support Representative.

This position requires at least an Associate Degree in a related field and a good knowledge of LAN/OS (Windows). Qualified individual must demonstrate the ability to quickly understand the Installation, Configuration and Administration of LAN/Web Applications. Practical knowledge of SQL queries and Database Structures is important. Some HTML/GRAPHICS experience is a plus.

Qualified candidate must have good communication skills as is required for providing answers to customers through problem analysis and resolution.
